About:
Adam d'Oliveira is a Vancouver-based photographer. Born in Calgary, Alberta and raise in the glitz and glamour of Nanaimo, British Columbia. He moved to Toronto, Ontario in 2010 where he received a diploma from Humber College in Photography Studies. He also received the Narvali Digital Photography Limited Award from the college for outstanding achievement in portraiture.
From photographing hockey's past and present super superstars like Wayne Gretzky and Connor McDavid, to personal icons like Don Cherry and Pavel Bure. Adam is as comfortable photographing a can of soup as he is hockey's most powerful and influential powers. A gifted photographer skilled in both portraiture and commercial photography.
His simplistic imagery exhibits a passion for minimalism, subtleties in character and expression using clean lighting and vibrant, sharp colours.
